Bidding for the environment
INFORM’s Online Sustainable Auction
INFORM raises awareness about the impact of human activity on the environment in many different ways. One way is to inform the public about the impact of their purchasing decisions. INFORM’s online auction of sustainable products showcases environmentally preferable products and services that can help protect the planet.
Did you know, for example, that you can get countertops made from recycled glass and concrete? A composter made from a used wine cask? Furniture made from transit signs? Or a business card holder made from discarded circuit boards?
The items we feature must meet stringent criteria in terms of sustainability, and we also make an effort to highlight little-known businesses that embody high standards of environmental stewardship in their everyday practices.
By empowering consumers to make informed purchasing choices, we can make a positive impact on the health of our communities and environment. Keep an eye our for our next auction.
