• research on the evolution of third-party certification programs in North America and the European Union and how a company could accurately and clearly designate “green” and “recycled” components in its products in a way that businesses and consumers would find helpful and intuitive; and,
• the development of environmental benefits calculators for plastics and paper packaging that a company could use internally and externally to help personnel and vendors understand the effects of packaging decisions on the corporation’s environmental footprint.
