Online donations made through this site are processed by democracyinaction.org must gather the following information to process your donations to INFORM: name, address, e-mail address, amount of donation, and credit card information.

INFORM uses the information collected only to send you receipt of your gift for tax purposes and to include you on INFORM's mailing and membership lists. If you do not wish to be added to our mailing list or identified as a member, you may opt-out of the mailing or membership list by contacting Virginia Ramsey at (212) 361-2400 or by sending an e-mail to ramsey@informinc.org.

Correcting Your Information

You may correct or amend the information maintained in INFORM's mailing list by logging into your profile page. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.
